Metalized Laminated Paper Bags
Paper laminated HDPE/PP bags with an additional metallised BOPP film ply laminated to the face, adding a light, aroma and vapour barrier behind a mirror-bright reverse-printed surface.
Some products do not only need to stay dry — they need to stay out of the light. Fats oxidise, pigments fade, aromatics escape. A metallised film ply laminated into the bag wall adds a reflective barrier that kraft alone cannot give you, without a foil laminate's cost or its handling problems.
The graphics are reverse-printed on the underside of the film, so the ink sits sealed between the plies. Nothing scuffs off in transit, nothing fades on a loading dock, and the metallised ground beneath makes the same artwork read brighter than it would on paper.
Specify it where the pack is doing sales work as well as protection — premium feed, seed, spices, speciality chemicals — and where the shelf life is long enough that light and oxygen exposure genuinely matter.
