Multiwall Paper Bags
Multi-ply kraft paper sacks built in three or four walls and supplied as sewn open mouth, pasted block bottom or pasted valve — with or without a poly ply for moisture.

A multiwall bag carries its strength in the number of paper walls rather than in a woven fabric. Each ply is its own tube of kraft, and the plies slip slightly against one another when the bag is dropped. That movement is what absorbs the shock, instead of passing it all into a single wall.
Three plies is the common build; four is specified for heavier fills, longer supply chains and anything that will be handled more than once between your plant and the end user. Where the product is hygroscopic, a poly ply or a free film liner goes in between the papers rather than replacing one of them.
All three closure styles run on the same plant — sewn open mouth with a bottom stitch, pasted block bottom, and pasted valve for automatic filling. Which one you want is decided by how you fill, not by what you are filling.
